My tire pressure light kept coming on so I stopped in to have them take a look. They took my car quickly, added air to the back tires, and fixed me right up. I went to pay and they didn’t charge me a thing. This is my second visit after having a broken stem valve, they made the repair quickly and didn’t charge me a thing. I did buy 4 tires from Hillen a few years, but I surely expected to pay them for these small services. WOW, the customer service here is exceptional! They couldn’t be nicer, very friendly and kind! I won’t go anywhere else, highly recommend them. Oh, and their prices on tires can’t be beat. You won’t be disappointed! 5 out of 5 Stars!!
Brian helped me when I had a low tire -- other air-fill options nearby were out of order and he kindly filled the tire with no charge. I'd certainly go back and utilize their services if necessary. Thanks for being both professional and kind!
Great experience as the last time around. They are very busy but always manage to squeeze you in. Great service as well as great prices compared to other garages in the area. Good vibe as well as customer service. Will always recommend this place for your service and inspection.
Brian and Phoenix are both amazing. I have come her a few times now to have various services performed. Each time, they were beyond communicative, honest, and timely. The repairs were done well too. Obviously, there isn't much to write about a garage that hasn't already been said. The prices are reflective of the area, pretty much standard for the same type of repairs and parts elsewhere. What I come here for, however, is the peace of mind that comes with knowing my car will be looked after by honest people who know what they're doing. What else could you want!
Brian and staff are wonderful! We had some questions about my BMW failing the inspection and he was super clear with next steps and what the state rules are. This was helpful as we just had a to clean a few things up and the car passed on the next visit. I also appreciated them allowing me to have my tires delivered and they put them on. My wheels didn't see a scratch. This cannot be said for a lot of tire places especially down in the Towson/Lutherville area. We're car people so going somewhere new is always scary but we needed that inspection before we PCS'd (Military move). If we were going to still be living here I would absolutely use them again.
Facility was a bit behind in their schedule and ran behind, timewise. The work was, however, well done and the manager was very apologetic. Hillen is definitely worth a return trip for service.
